Captain Ike Diogu brought his experience and leadership qualities to play to help Nigeria D'Tigers to the next window of the 2022 FIBA World Cup African Qualifiers with a comfortable 95-69 points win against Uganda in Angola.
He was also instrumental in Saturdays morale boasting win against Mali. Diogu led all scorers with 27pts, 10rebounds & 4 assists.
Nigeria started the brighter of the two teams to open a 21pts lead at half-time 53-32 in a game they converted 50percent of their three pointers.

Brandon Davies led Uganda fight with 22pts as his team out rebound D'Tigers 45-43.
Julius Nwosu led team finished top of the standings with a 2-1 record and will regroup ahead of the next window scheduled for next year.
