25-year-old forward, Funsho Bamgboye, has officially signed with Turkish Super Lig club Hatayspor on a two-year deal, with an option to extend for an additional year.
Bamgboye, a 2015 U17 World Cup winner, spent last season with Rapid Bucuresti in Romania. His stellar performances there have paved the way for this exciting move to Turkey.
The Nigerian winger gained international recognition after winning the 2015 FIFA U17 World Cup with Nigeria. He played alongside notable stars like Victor Osimhen and Samuel Chukwueze, under the guidance of coach Emmanuel Amuneke.
Bamgboye's move to Hatayspor is seen as a significant step in his career, and he is expected to bring his dynamic playstyle and experience to bolster the Turkish club's attacking options. His move comes in the same time that fellow Nigerian, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru leaves the Turkish side to join serie A giants, Lazio.
