Kano Pillars secured their first away victory of the season with a dramatic 4-3 win against Rangers at the Cathedral, with Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa playing a pivotal role in all four of Pillars' goals.
Musa's influence was felt early on as he won a penalty in the 15th minute, and it was followed by a brilliant assist in the 28th minute to give his side the lead.
He won yet another penalty in the 31st minute, and just before halftime, Musa showcased his individual brilliance with a solo goal in the 45th minute.
Despite Rangers' spirited fightback, Kano Pillars held on to secure the win, their first maximum points on the road this season.
Musa's outstanding performance further cemented his status as one of the league's top stars.
He now has 3 goals in as many games and is on a chase for a second NPFL golden boot in his return to the NPFL.
